What you’re getting:
- $1 per ounce
- Frozen in convenient 6 oz bags
- Milk available from March 2026 through the present
- Frozen within 24 hours of pumping to help preserve freshness
- I use the pitcher method, so each bag contains a balanced mix of milk pumped throughout the day (morning, afternoon, and night)
- Pump parts are washed after every pumping session
About me:
- I eat a balanced, high-protein diet
- No drugs, or alcohol
- I take a prenatal vitamin and sunflower lecithin
- No COVID vax
- Happy to answer questions about storage, pumping routine, or my diet.
