VenmoClean title in hand. OBO Just wanting to upgrade to a toy hauler. Great with kids for the bunks and a mostly private queen bed. I do also have an equalizer hitch that could go with for the right price.
Tires are in good shape. 2.5 years old. No leaks. Fridge/freezer works great. AC works great. Batteries are good. Furnace works great. Water heater works great. Microwave works. Stove works great. Around 5.5k lbs loaded with water and camping equipment.
Everything works as it should. Few cons:
Awning is not there. Was taken off before me.
One soft spot in the floor next to the door. No active leaks. Just old wood. We just have a rug over it and call it good.
