Well-maintained 2004 Jayco Granite Ridge 3100SS built on the reliable Ford E-450 chassis with the 6.8L Triton V10 gasoline engine. This 31-foot Class C motorhome has 73,000 miles and comfortably sleeps 6-7 people. We've enjoyed it on five trips since purchasing it in August 2025 with no issues. We're only selling because we're upgrading to a model with bunk beds.

Condition

Overall, this motorhome is in good condition for its age. As expected for a 22-year-old RV, it has some cosmetic bumps and bruises but is mechanically solid. Everything has worked well for us, and it has been a dependable camper on every trip.

The only known issue is that the outdoor stereo is not working and the awning catches when retracting.
