Vintage Community Plate Silverware Set with Storage Chest. Reasonable offers accepted!!

This is a beautiful vintage Community Plate silverplated flatware set that has been in my family for generations. The set belonged to my grandparents who were married in Salt Lake City, Utah, in 1948.

The pattern features an elegant floral and lyre motif with decorative scrollwork and fluted handles. The design is representative of the formal silverplate styles that were popular in the first half of the 20th century and was intended for special occasions and family gatherings.

Please note, these are very old so they do show some signs of wear and some have some slight damage, which of barely noticeable, but is there if you were to look for it. There is such a large number to this set, that there are plenty of pieces to formulate a perfect place setting for 12. The box is not vintage, but it’s not very sturdy either. It will do the job, but the knife holder is not working well.
