The neighborhood is safe and peaceful, the mountain is just across the street, the views are amazing, and we don’t have the wind that is prevalent around the Point. From the back yard you can see Utah Lake and the valley. The Murdock trail is just 100 feet down the road, and a golf course is within easy walking distance. The room is on the smaller side but it is comfortable and well appointed. It has a private ensuite bathroom and a spacious closet. There is a frosted glass sliding barn door to close off the bedroom from the bathroom area. The shared area is completely separate from the upstairs and is self-contained with a full kitchen, washer and dryer. The common rooms are beautifully tiled and there is a sitting room where you can entertain friends or just sit and watch TV.
