This is a MEC 600 JR. MARK V Shotshell Reloader, also known as "The Plastic Master." It's a single-stage reloader designed for shotgun shells. The unit is new and comes with the original instruction manual. I no longer have the box. I bought it several years ago and never used it. I did have it mounted for a while.
