We originally got this on Amazon and there were a few pieces that were slightly broken but still usable, and instead of sending us replacement parts they just sent a whole new one, so the pictures with the kitties is the full build and we’re really happy with it! The opened box is the first one they sent and all the parts and pieces are in there.
