2001 Forest River 24' Wildwood trailer. No leaks, newer tires, axles turned for higher clearance, full slide-out, hitch on the rear to tow, A/C and heater work great! The only things bad are the awning has a tear, the screen door on the bottom torn apart and the plumbing under the sink( pex pipe picture) broken, we never used the water system but the water pump works and the tank is in tact. The Gooseneck is welded to the fifth wheel plate so this is gooseneck only! The microwave, stove and refrigerator and freezer all work, the electric jacks work but are very slow so I use the manual handle.
