VenmoCabinets have been uninstalled and are ready for pickup. Buyer to verify sizes in person before paying. Listing is for the cabinets and countertop, but not the appliances (I am using them in a remodel).
These cabinets take up 10'3" on a straight wall. They are over 40 years old but have been well cared for in a family apartment. As you would expect, the finish is worn in some places and drawers typically squeak, but this shouldn't be a problem if you're handy. These are oak veneer and they are of particle board construction.
The countertop along the wall was installed about a year and a half ago and has only had one year of use.
Sink has had only one year of use and is included if you want it. Also, the Moen faucet is currently attached to sink but is negotiable.
The island is 4' long. It is not an exact match for the other cabinets, but no one notices. There is a slightly plasticky look on the doors and drawers, so it my be laminate. The countertop on the island is original but in excellent condition; it is fitted, but not attached, so it is easier to move (people complain about laminate but with reasonable care it can last a long time!).
Wall Cabinets:
30" H: 15" W and 18" W
18" H: 27" W (+ 3" filler), 36" W, 24" W.
Base Cabinets:
18" 4-drawers, 15" drawer & door, 36" sink base, 4' island.
Not shown: There is another 48" wide wall cabinet in near mint condition that matches these. If whoever buys the rest wants that one, please inquire since I haven't decided if I'm keeping it or not.
