I have a used Presto pressure canner that is in good condition. It is the 20 quart model 02/CAA20H with only a weighted gauge. It does not have a dial gauge. This is probably the simplest pressure canner to use. The weighted gauge is the 15 lb gauge. At our elevation in Utah you use 15 lb to do all of your canning. As soon as the weighted gauge starts to rock then you are at pressure. You can turn the temperature down and it will remain at pressure as long as that weighted gauge continues to rock. I have tested this canner. The gasket holds pressure. This canner also comes with the Presto canning manual.
