We're looking for someone to take over our lease for our beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom downtown SLC apartment with mountain views on the 8th floor (top floor of the building)! Lease end date is February 11, 2027, with the option to renew if desired.

No security deposit! We've already paid the deposit, so you'll only be responsible for a one-time $45 application fee, monthly rent and utilities.
