Rain gutters put on. Awning works. A/C works great! Heat works great Plumbing and electrical all work great. Has LED lights inside and out. This trailer has been a phenomenal trailer for the year it is and well kept up. We are only selling because we are upgrading to something bigger for our family. We have owned this trailer for about 2 years. We go camping from May- end of October and has never failed us. Always kept us cool or warm!
Would be a great hunting trailer! All previous water damage was fixed before we bought it.
