Llewellin setters are the smaller of the setter breeds, shorter coats (=less brushing), and were bred for upland bird hunting. Our setters are amazing family dogs that adventure with us camping, hiking, to baseball games, and more. They love to be out and active or they’re good to be home chilling on their beds or in the kennel.
Bird hunting is where they shine and you really see what this breed can do. The Sire & Dam are phenomenal hunters that range out 400+ yards and will hold the point till you get there 30 minutes later. They run hard throughout the hunt and will easily go 20+ miles in a day.
We are small scale professional breeders that have a great curriculum to give our pups the best start in the 8 weeks we care for them.
