We bought this futon for extra seating and lounging downstairs but it has been sitting with little use. It is missing a asthetic plastic button but does not affect the cushion. There are no stains, its clean, no dents or dings and looks new.

It easily coverts from couch to a full size bed in seconds. Measurements are approx 56 inches wide and 81 inches long when laying flat as a bed.

This futon brand new is over $1,000 but is on sale at wayfair for $620. Buy it from me for much less already put together and is basicallly new.
