The Twilley Co. Tucson Futon Frame in Rustic Walnut Finish with Linen Charcoal Mattress in great condition. We bought this futon for extra seating and lounging downstairs but it has been sitting with little use. It is missing a asthetic button but does not affect the cushion. There are no stains, its clean, no dents or dings and looks new.

It easily coverts from couch to a full size bed in seconds. Measurements are approx 56 inches wide and 80 inches long when laying flat as a bed.
