Ski Details: • Brand: Pointer GT (Imported/Distributed by Seattle’s historic A&T Ski Co. in the late 50s / early 60s) • Construction: Authentic "8 Piece Laminated" hardwood craftsmanship • Graphics: Striking red, white, and blue geometric topsheet with the classic "GT" starburst logo on the tips • Bases: Loud, vibrant yellow bases with the original single tracking groove and segmented steel edges
Binding Details: • Historic "Cubco" step-in safety bindings (one of the very first mechanical release systems ever engineered) • Complete with the original, hard-to-find leather runaway safety ankle straps intact
Poles: • Period-correct vintage aluminum ski poles featuring the iconic oversized retro snow baskets with intact webbing.
Condition: Great vintage condition with amazing character. The wood is structurally solid. Displays excellent natural patina, scratches, and wear from actual use on the slopes decades ago.
