Services Offered:

• Light Fixture Swaps: Flush mounts, semi-flush, chandeliers, vanity lights, and pendants.
• Ceiling Fan Replacement: Standard or remote-controlled ceiling fans (replacing existing fan/light locations).
• Bath Exhaust Fans: Direct like-for-like replacements in existing cutouts.
• Dimmer & Switch Swaps: Upgrading existing switches or outlets to modern or smart switches.

Note on "Like-for-Like": This service covers swapping out existing, currently wired fixtures. It does not include running brand-new electrical wiring or cutting new junction boxes into walls/ceilings.
