Rechargeable batteries have recently been replaced firmware has been recently updated and settings have been reset to factory standards.

Reason for selling them:

We purchased them last year My wife recently passed away I took them back to the house of hearing through whom we purchased them. House of hearing sent them back to the manufacturer had them do all the recent changes as stated above. We originally paid over $5,000 for these hearing aids I'm just hoping to get some of that back.
