18 foot aluminum StarCraft Boat I bought it, took it out a few times this year and it is a great boat to work on and tinker with but realised I don’t have enough time for this among my other projects

Starting off with the what it it needs is the hydraulic pump that raises and lower the engine has leaked all of the hydraulic fluid out so need to get that refilled and address the lead.

The engine also ussually only wants to start with starter fluid Could just some wiring organization. Hooked up an extra two batteries and trolling motor and battery charger but haven’t done any extra wiring though. Floorboard seems softer on one side.

The good: once she starts up once she runs and drives like a dream. Very reliable motor it is the Mercury 150 HP Comes with a few a goodies, 86lb trolling motor, 2 batteries and a charger that can mount to the boat to charger both of them. Paid around 1000 for all of them. Gets up and goes, can get up to 30 mph. The person who owned it before me claims he’s even pulled me in tubes before It’s just a great classic fishing boat lol

This is literally everything I could think about the boat. I live an hour away from where I have it stored so I am trying to be as transparent as possible for both your and my time
