Great boat to work on and tinker with but realised I don’t have enough time to really get it out as often as I want to

Starting off with the what it it needs is the hydraulic pump that raises and lower the engine has leaked all of the hydraulic fluid out so need to get that refilled and address the lead. The engine also ussually only wants to start with starter fluid

The good: once she starts up once she runs and drives like a dream. Very reliable motor it is the Mercury 150 HP Comes with a few a goodies, 86lb trolling motor, 2 batteries and a charger that can do both of them. I haven’t fully hooked up the wiring for them so it is a little janky rn but just threw them in. Gets up and goes, can get up to 30 mph. The person who owned it before me claims he’s even pulled me in tubes before
