This is a 31' trailer with 2 slide outs in an rv park in mt pleasant utah so you can see that everything works as it should. The people I bought it from keep it in a garage until I bought it about 3 months ago, they had a new awning and a new back step installed when it was serviced at Jorgensens in Richfield. It is in great condition and it pulls great, it is big enough to live in or use it to camp in. Priced to sell fast.
