This is a Samsung French door flex zone refrigerator. We’ve had recent power outages that caused the freezer to stop getting cold. We replaced all the sensors and still wasn’t working so we’ve already bought a new fridge replacement cause we couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. We haven’t had anyone professional come look at it so it could be something simple or hard, we just don’t know. The ice machine used to work then we shut off the water cause of a separate issue. Then years later we decided to turn back on the ice maker and couldn’t figure out how to get the ice to work. I recall flipping a lever to stop the ice from being made but I couldn’t figure out how to do the same in reverse to turn it back on. I didn’t try very hard though.
