The roof is in excellent condition with no damage, tears, leaks or water damage. The under garage storage goes all the way thru. One long tip out. That is the length of the kitchen and dinning area. Motorhome has an awning, we have never used or opened it, I’m unsure of its condition.

Toilet/ shower separate from sink & vanity. Black tank has an internal cleaning macerator sprayer to clean, breakup and move waste.

Sleeps 4. New RV Queen in the bedroom. Lots of underbed storage. With access to water tank. Sleeps two in the fold down dinette.

RV couch has been removed. Replaced with residential, fully adjustable, amazingly comfortable electric loveseat. ($1750) We’ve not gone anywhere since installing it. Legs, back & head are adjustable. Can be removed/ taken out if you don’t want it. And will reduce the overall cost of the rig.

Back bedroom windows are tinted to keep sleeping area cool. Layout encourages and allows for those sleeping in the back to be able to rest while the noise stays in the front. Unit is insulated all the way thru and underneath.

New modern and safe, RV lock & deadbolt, ($130). New Co2 & smoke detectors. Large regular unleaded gas tank- not diesel! Yay!!!.
