This is a new area carpet with finished edges, there is a very small rip in one corner about an inch long and there is about 24 inches of that end that the back is a little soiled from being moved in the warehouse. this has the papers and cleaning instructions with it as well. if you send messages through KSL it will generally be a slower response as I do not see them as fast.
