This package included a pre-installed setting circle with alt-gauge which enables you to use an app like Sky Safari to get current alt-az of on object and go right to it. Also included in the Package: heavy duty collimation springs, a flocked optical tube, light shield, hand adjustable secondary knobs, upgraded washers for the secondary mirror, soft grip guide knob, extra accessory eyepiece tray and primary cooling fan with battery pack. The AD12 has a 2 inch, dual speed micro 10:1 Crayford style focuser. The base is especially nice. It uses a ball bearing (lazy-susan) system instead of the typical Teflon pads. This makes moving the scope in azimuth effortless.
