Hi all, I'm looking to rehome a female parakeet to a loving home. I originally rescued a pair, but the male unexplainedly passed away earlier this year. She is healthy and eats a pellet diet. She is wary of human hands and is *not hand tame*, but she doesn't mind my face or me standing nearby.

I think she would thrive in a home that already has friendly, calm parakeets who can teach her that hands are safe. I want her to go to a home where she has company and regular socialization.
