I bought these as a second set supplement to my Emonda SLR that originally had carbon wheels. These ended up being my main wheels for that bike since they braked better and were even lighter than the stick bontrager carbon wheelset. I sold the bike with the carbon set and now have these to sell since I no longer own a rim brake bicycle. I know they aren’t as sexy as carbon, but they do brake better, last longer, and are arguably almost as light as most any carbon wheelset. So if you own a rim brake bicycle and you’re looking for some awesome wheels on the cheap, these may be it.
