ZelleSelling my Monterey Beach 107” 2-piece modular sectional with right-arm chaise from Living Spaces. Purchased new in 2023 for $1,160.
The couch is in great overall condition and has been well cared for. It’s comfortable, spacious, and the neutral beige/gray fabric matches almost any décor. The only flaw is a small fabric tear near the bottom of the chaise (pictured), caused by my dog when she was a puppy. It doesn’t affect the comfort or functionality of the couch and is mostly hidden near the base.
Purchased new in 2023 Clean and from a smoke-free home Comfortable and sturdy Neutral color that goes with any room

Selling because I’m moving out of the country, otherwise I’d be keeping it.
