Excellent for DIY repair or tiny home conversion. Tires are good but may need replacement due to age. Skylight vents are hail damaged. 1 bunk window is broken. Foldout steps and white water tank are missing. Camping in area with facilities negates need for fresh water tank. Fresh water tank pump does work. Front wall and ceiling has delaminated and will require repair/replacement. Front cabinet in bunkhouse is water damaged. 2 of the 4 bunk mattresses are missing, queen mattress is missing. Mold may be present. 2 of the kitchen cabinets need their hinges repaired.
