Tires are in decent shape, with some of them being new this year. Currently has 84,000 miles and around 900 hours on the generator. This is a rental unit and is in overall good shape with minor wear and tear and some cosmetic damages. Everything works as it should. Routine maintenance has always been done with synthetic oil.
