We purchased the trailer in the winter of 2024 with a restored/rebuilt title due to delamination. It has been completely repaired and restored to working order. The master bedroom was completely redone. The ceiling, side walls and subfloor were removed and new wood and insulation was installed. The original vinyl flooring was removed and new vinyl flooring was installed throughout the trailer. The roof was professionally inspected and any issues were resolved, windows and doors were also resealed. As mentioned above, an inverter was installed with a lithium battery and a port to plug in a portable solar panel. The portable solar panel option is great because you can move the panel to where the sun is if you are camped around trees. The are two sets of plugs that can be used for 110v appliances when not hooked up to power or if the generator is not being used. This is ideal for those that require medical devices at night such as a CPAP machine. With the large fresh water tank, the combined 64 gallon grey water capacity, 32 gallon black tank, and the generator and refueling station, this trailer is great for dry camping.
