We haven't been able to get this lathe working completely and aren't really sure what it would take to get it fully working, but we can't get the controller to send signals to the spindle, or the carriage. Everything is freely spinning, nothing is locked up. Currently it's setup to use Fanuc controls, but we've only been able to get the tool changer to spin.
