Let me know if you have any questions, Thx HERE’S EVERY DETAIL YOU CAN IMAGINE! This 2003 Gibson Melody Maker has gone through a full resto-mod. This guitar is custom through and through. It has been refinished with Nitrocellulose paint. The body and neck has been sprayed in ebony and the top Pelham Blue metallic. The guitar has a gloss clear coat over top. The dogear P90 pickup has been swapped out for a Seymour Duncan Firebird Pickup. This pickup is slightly smaller than a mini humbucker, so a custom black pickup ring was made to fit. The pickup is attached to the body via a Stewmac Deluxe Mini Humbucker Mounting Bracket. The nut has been upgraded to a Graphtech Tusq XL Nut in Black, the tuners are Graph Tech Locking Tuning Machine w/ invisomatch mounting plates in chrome. A Duesenberg Les Trem II vibro arm with a Graph Tech ResoMax NV2 Auto Lock Bridge with String Saver Saddles in Chrome was added. The Pots are the original Gibson but the Output jack has been upgraded to a Pure Tone Mono in Black Nickel. A single cut pick-guard was added to give it that Les Paul Jr. look. The guitar comes with clear speed knobs that really complement the Black/Blue/Chrome look. The fretboard is rosewood. This guitar is in excellent condition. There are 2 small dings and a small scratch on the back of the guitar. Very hard to capture on camera. This is one of the most unique Melody Makers out there.
