Solid old trailer would be great for a hunting camp or someone looking for a great deal to fix up. There's a table that converts to a bed. A couch/bed and an upper bunk for small kids. Sleeps 3-5 people great. We'll throw in several of our camping extras with it too.

The good stuff: *New tires in 2024 *Exterior is all sealed up and all lights work *Has Sewer and Water tanks that are solid *Cushions and bed structures are all solid *Has solar battery set up so interior lights and electric work *Very lightweight and pulls great

Needs work: *Main entry door should really be replaced but we've made it work *Exterior was painted before we bought it and the paint is peeling off. \

• There is a water pump that works but the lines leak so we don't use it. Could be easily figured out to get running water *Toilet works with a water jug to flush since we haven't used the water lines\
• Bathroom had old water damage (not leaking now) that we ripped out but never finished repairing *Upper bunk no longer folds up to close we just left it open and store things on it that way
