We are looking for two roommates to fill two private rooms available in a clean, well-maintained 4-bedroom house located in a great neighborhood in Roy, Utah. Each roommate enjoys a private bedroom, while all other areas of the house (kitchen, living spaces, bathrooms, gaming room, and backyard) are shared common spaces. We are looking for respectful, compatible individuals who are committed to getting along and maintaining a peaceful, harmonious living environment.

Availability & Pricing

- One room available immediately

- Second room available at the end of August

- Rent is approximately $800 per person (includes utilities) if we one roommate and lower if we get the two we need.

- $50 Application Fee

- $1,000 security deposit** required

- Renters insurance required** prior to move-in

We are a group of gamers who enjoy anime, board games, video games, and **Magic: The Gathering**. We value a fun yet respectful shared living space.

Requirements

- Must pass a background check.

- No smoking (of any kind ie. vape) inside or on the property.

- No drug use of any kind.

- No pets are allowed.

- Not a hard requirement but we prefer roommates who are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS) and/or are committed to living according to Church standards if possible.

This is a peaceful, respectful home environment. We value clean, responsible, and considerate housemates who contribute positively to shared living.

Application Process & Contact There is a formal lease agreement. The lease, application, $50 application fee, and background check are all handled through a professional property management company.
