The mattress is only about 8 months old, is very comfortable, and has no sagging. It has always been used with a mattress protector.
The bed frame is in excellent condition and includes all hardware. Everything is already disassembled, making pickup easy.
The mattress has two small cosmetic spots from accidentally spilling water while watering houseplants (shown in the photos). No odors, tears, or structural issues.
I'd love to sell everything together, but I'm willing to separate if needed.
