This is a high-end Wesley Hall sofa with brown, burlap -look fabric. New couches from this brand are 4000-5000$. The cushions are all fully covered and can be flipped over for extra wear. Cushions all have zipper covers for easy cleaning. It's in good, used condition from a pet- free and smoke- free home. There is some fading on the fabric in places but it's not very noticeable. We frequently removed the back cushions and used big throw pillows for the back instead for a different look. 40 inches to top of cushions 35" height without cushions 80 inches long 43 inches front to wall 25" seat depth
