Gently used although these racks are extremely durable and built like a tank. 100% functioning and no damage or issues. This rack comes with the factory locking pin w/ keys. The model number and serial number in pics. I am the second owner. I purchased the rack to transport e-bikes (which it does well) but loading and unloading heavier bikes can be challenging when using a full size truck. I am asking $650 only to recover my investment. Price is firm. I am located in the St. George/Hurricane area and cannot ship.
