Beautiful blue Quaker parrot. He is going on 5 years old. I am second owner. I've had him for about one year. First owner DNA tested him as male. He says a few things and mumbles a lot! The previous owner said she had his wings clipped and he hasn't been tamed since and that he bites now. He is very cage territorial. I think with love and patience and kindness he can be retrained to be a nice guy LOL!
