Selling my Ogden Golf & Country Club membership.

Asking $30,000. Comparable memberships are currently trading in the $40,000–$45,000 range.

Why the discount: I don't use it enough to justify keeping it, and I'd rather sell it quickly and cleanly than sit on it. That's the whole story. Membership is current and in good standing.

**One thing you should know upfront:**There is a possible assessment coming in the near future. I don't have the final details or amount, and the club is the right source for specifics — but I'd rather you hear it from me now than find out later. Factor it into your offer.

What the membership includes:

**About the club:**OGCC is a private, member-owned club in its 106th year — one of the oldest west of the Mississippi. The Utah Championship (Korn Ferry Tour) is being played here in 2025, 2026, and 2027.

**How the transfer works:**Transfers go through the club and require an application and OGCC approval. Buyer is responsible for dues going forward. I'll walk you through the process with the club office directly — you can verify everything with them before any money moves.
