Honest condition notes: this set has been well used — visible wear and surface scratches on the tabletops (dresser, TV stand), plus some pet scratches on the footboard and TV stand, shown in photos. Structurally solid, all drawers function well. Priced accordingly.

Moving/downsizing, need this gone. Pickup only in Herriman — 2nd floor, no elevator, so please plan for help carrying pieces down (dresser and headboard/footboard are heavy).
