Excellent Condition, One-Owner Lexus – $5,900 Firm

This one-owner Lexus is in excellent condition and has been extremely reliable. It currently has 164,000 miles, averaging about 10,000 miles per year. Most of its life has been spent in Southern California, which has helped keep it in great shape. Both the interior and exterior are clean and well maintained.

The car has brand-new tires with very little wear and is ready to drive.

There are two known issues:

1. A/C vent actuator – Both the Lexus dealership and my mechanic have advised not to replace it until it actually fails, as it could continue working for years.

2. Front wheels – The chrome finish on the front two wheels causes the tires to slowly lose air over time. The wheels will eventually need to be replaced.

The Kelley Blue Book value for a vehicle in this condition is up to $6,900. I've already factored these issues into the price and am asking $5,900 firm.

I'm only selling because I need an SUV. This has been a dependable vehicle, and I'm confident it will continue to be a great car for its next owner.
