Nice fifthwheel trailer that we have lived and camped in for the past 4 or 5 years. We recently bought a home and are looking to get a smaller trailer for camping.
Everything workes on it to my knowledge. The water heater is bypassed because i was tired of emptying it every year and we never used it, but it worked great before doing so and would be easy to hook back up. The furnace works but it may have a slow gas leak when gas it turned on in it. We just leave it turned off and it usually stays pretty warm even when camping in the fall, but probably isnt a serious issue if you wanted it fixed. It doesnt leak when the gas valve in the furnace is shut off.
The previous owner installed a removable fourwheeler rack as shown in the pictures. We used it a couple of times and it worked good. There is also a reciever hitch on the rear of the trailer.
The awning works good and actually has a full enclosure that goes around the whole awning to basically extend the trailer into a big tent out front if you had some cots and needed more sleeping room. We put it up once when we first got the trailer but otherwise it is pretty much brand new.
The goosneck adapter on the front is removable so it can be pulled with a regular fifthwheel hitch. I would like to keep the goosneck adapter if not needed, but can let it go for the right price (Those things are pricey)
Been a great trailer and were sad to part with it but its a bit big for just the two of us. Let me know if you have any questions or would like to come see it, open to offers, but not in a huge hurry to sell it. Text is best. Thanks.
