We're remodeling and would love to see our kitchen get a new home. Price includes:

Appliances: Jenn Air Double oven (convection on top), and 6-burner gas range top, Maytag 26 cubic foot fridge with French doors, Whirlpool dishwasher, Cavaliere hood with external blower, GE microwave. All are in working condition! All but the dishwasher (~6 years) are 15 years old. SOLD AS A SET-SORRY, NO SPLITTIES.

Cabinets: Thomasville alder in good condition. Dovetail drawers, soft close all around, 2 lazy susans, pullout garbage can, dedicated spice pullouts.

Countertops: Granite with chiseled edge on island; 2 1/4 inch smooth edge everywhere else. 2 sinks with faucets and 2 garbage disposals.

Kitchen area is ~19'x17'. L-shaped island is 88" long X 68" wide by 38" wide. Ceiling is 9' tall. Highest cabinets are ~9" from the ceiling.

Buyer is responsible for arranging removal of all items. REMOVAL MUST OCCUR BY AUGUST 14TH-NO EXCEPTIONS.
