I have a housing voucher that will guarantee my rent payment of around $1328/ mo. I am going to need several surgeries over the next year, however the rent is guaranteed.

I do have an eviction on my record only due to injuries. I used to live in Heber and prefer that type of community. I am not a city person and I was born and raised in Northern California. I am a great tenant. I don’t do drugs or bad habits, my criminal record is non existent ( I have no court orders or felonies),and my driving record is clean as well. I do have a very chill and loving 12+ yr old ADA service dog that is trained and a well behaved min pin. She loves all animals (cats, dogs etc) however she is 75% blind.

I am extremely lowkey on the daily. I do prefer to stay home and food prep, keep my place neat and tidy and continue with my hobbies of writing and astrology. Before I was injured I was a strength and conditioning coach with many records and USA titles in Powerlifting. So if you or your kiddos want a coach for that and or nutrition for regular and/ or special populations, I got that too!

I can’t do stairs so that is a huge NO….due to upcoming surgeries. I will need an in-unit washer and dryer, and a bathtub.

The section 8 Voucher is applicable to anyone private and or corporate owner that will accept it. It’s guaranteed money paid straight to the landlord. Once approval of the unit (an inspection is done) the Utah County Housing Authority will pay you directly.

However, I will ABSOLUTELY NOT TOLERATE PREDATORS, FAKES, WEIRDOS ETC….. YOU will be immediately identified and reported. No money will be paid to any individual upfront. And do not ask me to be your Girlfriend for “Free Rent”.
