This tool box will come with everything inside, there are plenty of great tools in this tool box, and the box its self is very great quality. I bought it for myself when I just needed a place for my tools, but have not used these tools in a couple years, it is now just taking space and I just sont have a use for it any longer. The box does lock, I just lost the key, but feom what I hear, it is very easy to get a new one. There are plenty of great tools in this box, most everything is matco, so its high quality tools.
