2 × Carvin TRx118N 18" SubwoofersLightweight neodymium 18" subs with 4" voice coils, each rated 800W continuous / 3200W peak at 8 ohms and usable down to 29 Hz (Carvin spec sheet). Multi-ply hardwood cabinets in black DuraTex with steel grilles, dual Speakon NL4 jacks, and top pole mounts so the tops stack right on top. About 61 lbs each — serious low end without hauling plywood monsters.
2 × Carvin LM15 15" 2-Way TopsPassive 15" two-ways with neodymium drivers, 475W continuous / 950W program at 8 ohms and 99 dB sensitivity (Carvin manual). Molded polypropylene enclosures that won't chip or crack, Speakon / 1-4" combo inputs, pole cup plus four fly points, and monitor cuts so they double as floor wedges. Only 31 lbs each. Includes outdoor Covers
Carvin DCM3800L Power AmpMade-in-USA Class A/B amp putting out 1150W per side at 4 ohms or 3800W bridged into 4 ohms, and it weighs a shocking 14 lbs in 2 rack spaces (Carvin Audio). Built-in limiters, Speaker Guard DC protection, soft-start, XLR and TRS inputs, Speakon and binding post outs. This is the sub amp.
Behringer Europower EPX4000 Power AmpClass H stereo amp rated 870W per channel at 4 ohms and 3000W bridged, in an all-steel 2U chassis at just 22 lbs (Musician's Friend). Switchable limiters, built-in sub/satellite crossover, XLR / TRS / RCA inputs, and Speakon plus binding post outputs. Pairs perfectly with the LM15 tops.
**SKB Rack Case (loaded, 4 units)**Large SKB road case with the whole control side already wired and rack mounted — plug it in and run the show:
- Behringer Eurorack MXB1002 Mixer — 10-channel console with two mono and three stereo channels plus a separate stereo tape channel, gold-plated XLR mic inputs, low-noise discrete preamps, 3-band EQ on every channel, and monitor plus effects sends (Behringer specs). Runs on AC or batteries, which is handy for outdoor gigs.
- Behringer Super-X Pro CX2310 Crossover — Stereo 2-way / mono 3-way active crossover with 24 dB/octave Linkwitz-Riley filters, a separately adjustable subwoofer output, balanced XLR in and out, per-band mute and phase switches, and a 25 Hz low-cut to protect the drivers (Behringer). This is what makes the subs and tops actually sound right together.
- American DJ PC-100A Power Center — 1U rack power strip with eight rear 120V outlets, eight lighted front-panel switches, and a resettable 15A / 1800W breaker (Sweetwater). Kills the extension cord spaghetti and lets you power up each piece individually.
- American DJ S-4A DMX Controller — 4-channel DMX controller with 3-pin XLR DMX output, 8 DMX addresses, 20 built-in programs, and audio / program / speed / dimmer / full-on modes with a 4-digit display and power-failure memory (B&H). Simple, reliable lighting control.
