The clear dustcover / lid is missing the hinges so you have to lift it off and on.
You will need an amp and speakers to hear this turntable. I'm also selling those, see my other ads.
Turntable is automatic which means when you move the tonearm over the record it starts playing and when it gets to the end it goes back by itself and stops. It's a really nice feature. I think this is very similar to the excellent Technics turntables of that time.
It plays both 33 and 45 speed records of all sizes and the speed is dead on correct.
