I used the TimberTech Cortex Fastening System to create a smooth, hidden-fastener surface. You can look it up.

I am including about 200-250 new TORX ttap drive screws (2-1/2"), and setting bits, and new color-matched plugs, where holes virtually disappear. It’s pretty amazing.

Boards have two holes that are about 6 feet apart. If you trim off both ends, you have a long board with only one set of holes to align with one joist. That's what I did, and it worked great. These were bought last year, so I power-washed mine before installing to get dust off.

61 @ 18 ft = 1,098 linear ft
