Trailer is in good condition, sleeps 6 with bunk beds at the front, rear slide queen bed, couch and table that convert into beds. AC, fridge, freezer, hot water heater all work great. Trailer needs work, there is some delamination at the rear wall and water damage in that rear corner, awning needs to be replaced.
