Custom built pony cart, steel frame with aluminum footboard. Originally built for a large pony, very strong construction , yet well balanced. A child can easily pull an adult around. Paint shows signs of use, but no serious rust. Has always been housed in covered buildings. Exceptionally well-built, right down to the special cart-type wheels with heavy duty spokes. No bicycle wheels/spokes.
